She Made It
My wife survived her trip to Disney. She overcame her fear of flying and even is planning a trip for us all back to Orlando in January. Both flights were smooth for the most part and she even flew first class back home for only $75. You can’t beat that deal. She even went on Magic Mountain while she was there and overcame her fear of roller coasters. It was certainly a productive trip.
The trip was great; she received the VIP treatment while she was there. She dined with the Executive Chefs at the ritzy restaurants in which Disney reserved private rooms for them. She stayed in a great room. They had special passes that enabled them to go straight to the head of the lines at the attractions. They met with Disney executives. She has been home for 4 days and hasn’t stopped talking about the trip. She had a great time.
The Tornado was great while mom was gone and though she missed mom, she didn’t go crazy. No crying fits or temper tantrums. The Tornado seemed to be fine as long as she spoke to mom in the morning and at night. Overall, the trip was a success for us at home and for mom on the road.
Only drawback is that mom is home now, but still expects the VIP service. Sorry lady, but you left that in Florida. Welcome home.
In the words of the Tornado: “Aww Man”
